By my count, we’re just over a week out from the release of my science fiction novel Bisection!

So here are some facts about the book, praise, things that might help you decide whether it’s for you.
The summary
Tria and Resa have shared the same body since they were born. Like everyone on their home planet of Kinaru, their mind and body are divided down the middle: the logical right and the emotional left. Tria, the right, has a budding career as a biologist, while Resa dreams of more freedom than their home planet grants her.
When aliens land on Kinaru, Tria and Resa seize the opportunity to be the first of their people to travel to the stars. Karnath, the alien scientist assigned to study them, is convinced there is more to the Kinaru than meets the eye. But only days into the trip, crew members start turning up dead, and the only answers may lie on a forbidden, war-torn planet—Earth.
To solve a conspiracy that threatens three planets, Tria must find out the truth of who her people really are, and Resa needs to finally tell Tria the dark secrets she’s been hiding all their lives.

Praise for Bisection
“I started Bisection for the interesting dynamic between Tria and Resa, but along the way, Bisection made this romance reader fall in love with science fiction! An engaging adventure that leaves you considering what it means to be an individual for a long time after finishing the final page.”
“Certified Banger”
“This is my absolute favorite of Sheila’s back catalog and I’m STOKED she decided to self pub so I can compel everyone else to share my enjoyment.”
Where can I get it?
It will come out February 6 pretty much everywhere. You can preorder the ebook right now from your favorite store. For reasons I don’t understand, you can’t yet preorder the paperback from Amazon, but it will be available there on February 6 when the book goes live. It will not be on Kindle Unlimited, because that’s the price you pay for having it anywhere at all that’s not Amazon. However, it will be on Kobo Plus, for what that’s worth. (Does anyone actually subscribe to that?) It’s also on several library sites, but that will rely on what your individual library actually wants to pay for.
